The ONT Serial Number is a unique 10-12 alphanumeric code printed on a sticker located on the back or bottom of your DMK router (e.g., HWTC... or ZTEG...). It is used to identify your line on our network.

Renewing is easy and doesn't even require logging in. Visit the QuickPay Portal on our homepage, enter your ONT Serial or Email, select your package, and pay instantly via Payment Gateways (Bank Transfer, Card, etc).
If your subscription expires, you will enter a Grace Period (e.g., 24-72 hours depending on your package tier) before service is fully suspended. During this time, you can still access the QuickPay portal to top up.
